Sister Telauna Layne

Sister Telauna Layne . . . missionary extraordinare....

Serving in the South Africa Johannesburg mission and was in Centurion, South Africa but just received a transfer to Kempton park for her last 6 weeks of the mission. We will post photo's of her new companions as she is in a three-some, when they arrive. She will be serving again with Sister Kabahuma and a new one, Sister Nanjala, also from Uganda. We love you Tawny...

Sister Layne is on the end of the second row (right side) in the pretty black and white skirt. And as we learn later....... who is the missionary standing behind Sister Bowden? Elder Byamugisha?

From: Pres. Bowden's website for August 2007, including photo of Pretoria Zone and comments. "Mission Tour began on August 13
th with Elder Parmley, the Africa Southeast Area President, and his wife."

Again from President Bowden, in his July 2007 posting. He included this picture along with noting the Zone Conference in Centurion. The two smiling sister missionaries are Sister Manjo from Uganda and of course our Sister Layne.

From the Beginning . . . and new baby Isaiah

My oh my . . . so many choices. It's a good thing we can do this over and over until we get it right, or as we like it.

The news to begin with, is baby Isaiah Gabriel Trujillo who is the newest to join the family. Grandpa and Grandma think he is awesome. I'm sure Mama Mindy and Papa Alex do too.

"Here I am."
